After a service life of more than 20 years in a tomato based application, the user had to upgrade their existing valve cluster for a Clean-In-Place (CIP) system. This was an interesting single seat valve project that our team enjoyed working on. Pictured below is a comparison between the old and new valve cluster in our fabrication shop.
As the application was seasonal and dependent on perishable ingredients there was a very tight window to complete this project. Our design and fabrication departments produced custom fittings that would accommodate new single seat valves with the CIP unit at the user’s facility. Within 2-3 weeks this project was successfully completed from the initial inquiry and installed for use at the end user facility.
When the time comes to update existing valve cluster or manifolds at your processing facility, please contact us. A member of our sales and design team will be glad to assist you.
