Fittings and other bioprocessing components are constructed of high purity stainless steel and offer full traceability. Applicable Rodger biopharmaceutical fittings are manufactured to BPE standards and are marked to indicate Canadian Registration Number (CRN), alloy type and heat number. Heat numbers offer a link to the Material Test Report (MTR), which certifies the metallurgical origins of the raw components produced by the steel mill. Products are rigorously inspected throughout the manufacturing process, starting with the arrival of raw materials continuing through final quality control.
