Sentinel Mark II Vacuum Controller
The Sentinel Vacuum Controller helps maintain a stable and consistent vacuum essential to proper functioning of a milking system.
A vacuum controller or regulator is used in many types of vacuum systems to set and control vacuum at a desired level. The objective of a vacuum controller is to maintain a constant vacuum regardless of the flow in the system. The Sentinel Vacuum Controller is a diaphragm-operated pneumatic valve. The Sentinel is not load sensitive to normal CFM usage. This means, that as changes take place in the system, the Sentinel will automatically compensate for the changing load. The Sentinel has a fully-open to fully-closed span of .2” mercury Hg. This means that when the vacuum rises or falls more than .2” mercury Hg, the controller will open to maximum or it will close.
